Meet the Founder
Born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, Krystal Cohen has 10+ years of experience in the non-profit sector supporting mission-driven organizations. She is excited to support NGOs in strengthening their capacity to attract donors and effectively communicate their mission.
After graduating from Princeton University, she spent three years at a mid-sized charter school, where she rebuilt the grant-seeking infrastructure and led fundraising efforts for private foundations and corporations. As a consultant, she's provided 800+ hours of services to a dozen organizations, including fundraising, grant writing, social media outreach, and graphic design.

With a passion for education equity, Krystal has also held positions at the U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Agency for International Development, and AmeriCorps, where she worked to reduce racial and socioeconomic disparities in public schools.
